Courage, Confidence and Character one PROGRAM at a time

In this installment we hear from Program Specialist, Ms. Kaitlin Hasseler, from GSCNC. We hear about the grant funded programs she develops for the Girl Scouts in our Counsel. She tells us how through these partnerships the Girl Scouts is able to offer many programs.

For all ages there is Grow Strong, a healthy living program

Capital Currency teaches financial literacy and helps teens make smart budgeting decisions.

For teens there is the Dashboard Road Safety Program and Make the Connection is a mentoring program with Booz Allen Hamilton that teaches about career opportunities, interview techniques, team building, etc.

Destinations helps girls travel all over the United States and world for trips with many focuses like science and extreme outdoors.

The Community Action Project is the GSUSA sponsored project. Troops and girls identify environmental projects. This project ties into the Environmental Journeys.
